Where its all happening and why we chose it!
When it came to choosing a venue for our wedding it had to be somehewre that was special to both of us, and Sandbanks is just that, we already have many wonderful memories of Sandbanks, as I know have a many of you, its the perfect place to make yet more unforgettable and happy memories.
In order to keep numbers to a minimum, we can only accomodate children of family. We also thought you might like a day/evening off!
The VenuE
Located on the Sandbanks Peninsula in Poole on Dorset’s south coast, the Harbour Heights Hotel is a boutique Hotel overlooking the beautiful natural harbour and brownsea island.Poole, is quite simply, contemporary elegance at its very best. The breathtaking views are unique – changing continually with the seasons.
The Ceremony
Weather permitting the ceremony will be held on the hotels beautiful outside deck. The ceremony is due to start at 12pm, we would ask that you arrive for approximately 11:30 am, the only person allowed to reserve the right to be late is the Bride (not too late though Louise).
The Reception
Once all the words have been said, Louise and Mark have become husband and wife and you have been fed and watered, the evening festivities can begin, so bring your dancing shoes and get ready to dance and party the night away.
There will be no need to travel inbetween venues as we are holding the wedding ceremony, breakfast and the reception at the same location, the Harbour Heights Hotel.
Approximate timings of the day.
Wedding service: 12:00pm
Champagne and Canapes: 13:00 - 14:45
There will be photos happening whilst the champagne and canapes are being served.
Wedding breakfast: 15:00pm
The party afterwards: 19:00 till late,
Evening buffet: 9:30pm
Bar closes: 12:30am
